AI Role Intelligence is a custom GPT I built to help make AI adoption more practical and less abstract.
This tool starts with something every organization already understands: a job description. It reviews the responsibilities of a role and helps identify where AI may be able to reduce administrative drag, improve consistency, or support better execution — and where the work should remain human-led because it requires judgment, trust, confidentiality, relationship management, or compliance awareness.
The output includes an AI Wins Dashboard and an implementation plan. The dashboard helps show where AI may improve the work, where automation needs careful controls, and where human judgment should remain protected.
The goal is simple: help leaders look at a role and see practical, responsible AI opportunities without losing sight of the people, context, and judgment that still matter most.
