About
HR Leader | Governance, People Strategy & Organizational Clarity
I am an HR leader with experience supporting manufacturing and distribution organizations where practical decision-making, consistency, and risk management are essential.
My approach to HR is grounded in three principles: clarity, credibility, and balance.
I specialize in translating complex or sensitive people issues — including compensation, benefits, and compliance — into clear, actionable guidance for leaders and employees.
I am particularly experienced in advising engineering and operations-focused leadership teams using structured analysis, practical data, and plain-language communication.
I believe effective HR leadership is not about adding bureaucracy. It is about building systems that protect the organization, support managers, and empower employees to make informed decisions.
Why I Created This Site
Throughout my career, I’ve found that the most meaningful HR work often happens behind the scenes — building systems, guiding leaders through complex decisions, and creating clarity where there was previously uncertainty.
I created this site as a way to share examples of that work more fully than a traditional resume allows. The case studies and videos throughout the site highlight how I approach HR leadership, organizational governance, and practical problem-solving in real-world environments.
My goal is simple: to provide a clearer picture of how I think, how I work, and the type of HR leadership I strive to bring to the organizations I help lead.
I am currently open to relocation opportunities for the right leadership role.
